I can’t believe that Thanksgiving is tomorrow. I can’t believe that I don’t have to cook. I can’t believe my husband has to work. I promise I’ll be sure to save some champagne for you, honey. So we’re having all the old favorites: turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and best of all, pumpkin pie. And I have to fix none of it. I am truly thankful for that!
