That is just disgusting! And he’s had a “sexual relationship with her for four years”? She’s only 15!! My gosh.

At least Utah is doing something about it. Arizona shares some of the polygamus area (a large group of them reside on the border of Az/Ut) and refuses to do anything. It’s just disgusting.
