Why yes, yes I do. I never gave it much thought until he pointed out the vast number of serial killer books that I have read, coupled with the fact that Hannibal Lecter is my favorite fictional character. I’m sure that somewhere there’s a therapist who would actually pay me to get a closer look into my twisted psyche, but at least my husband understands and loves me anyway.
You heard it here first, folks: I like cannibals and true stories.

I’m going to take it that you like forensic medical science criminal investigators (particularly it tv ilk*:), except not when you’re home alone because every sound is something to frighten the beejeezus out of you!
Okay, maybe not. Maybe it’s just me. I had to cut out watching because, well, I was getting a tad bit too paranoid, however, I’m prepared for 99 different ways to catch a murderous criminal.

Yes, cannibalism is gross, but the typical horror movie monsters (i.e. Freddy or Jason) don’t scare me. When I want to be scared enough to pee my pants, I have to be able to really believe it could happen. That’s why serial killers are the monster under my bed. Nothing is scarier than reality.

Cannibals and true stories, what a combo, lol. You’re right though, there is nothing scarier than reality. Of course, it doesn’t matter for me because everything scares me, lol.
