Help Me, Saint Joseph
I had totally forgotten that you’re supposed to bury a statue of St. Joseph in your yard when you’re trying to sell your house, so I ordered one today. I should get it this week, and then we’ll see if he works!

I laughed at this notion until a friend of mine did it after having their house on the market for two months.
It sold the next day.

My sister who is in real estate uses them all of the time! Worked for my house ( had a contract 10 days after we put it in!)

So you ORDERED it yesterday and –out of nowhere– we got a showing last night… WOW! I can’t wait till it gets here now!

We got another one when we got our new realtor in June, said the prayer, and it hadn’t been a full hour until we had an offer. We’d been on the market 7 months. If I wasn’t a believer before then… Very happy to have him guarding over our new home now! Good luck!

Nearly as soon as I got the confirmation that he had shipped, the phone rang and we had our first showing. I’m thinking we’re going to have a busy weekend!

Best to you both in Florida…I will be checking in now and then. Much Love….Lori
